Q: Do you make Giclée prints?

A: Yes. The word giclée derives from the French word ‘gicleur’, used to describe the process of fine art printing on digital inkjet printers. We use 10 color archival pigment inkjet printers to produce all of our fine art prints. Many of the papers we use stand up as high quality archival materials, adhering to museum and gallery archival standards.

Q: How long does it take for my order to be completed?

A: Upon proof approval, standard orders are usually completed in 3-5 business days. Larger volume projects may take a little longer to complete. If you have a deadline, please let us know in the notes section of the order form. We will give you an estimated completion date to ensure we hit your deadline.

Q: How do I review a proof of my print project?

A: We provide a digital proof for you to review via email. This helps to verify that everything looks as intended in the layout of your print.

Physical proof: To check color and clarity, we include a small swatch of the entire image, and test strip of a portion your image at 100% scale at no charge. *FULL SIZE proofs over 8”x10” will be added to the final order cost.

When the proofs are completed, you can visit our studio to review, or we can ship test/proofs to you.

Q: How do I order multiple sizes, paper types, and images?

A: If you are ordering all of the same size on the same paper type, multiples can be placed on the same order form. Multiple files can be uploaded at once, up to 1GB per upload.

Please fill out additional order forms for each variation of size, paper type, and image.

Q: How do I pay for my order?

A: Once you have placed an order, we will send you a confirmation email, and an invoice that is payable online. We will not proceed with your print order until we have verified all details, and you’ve approved digital or physical proofs.
